- The product matches the mockup and description but wasn’t what you “expected”
Please double-check size charts, colors, and product previews before placing your order.
2. Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items
If your order arrives defective, misprinted, or damaged, we’ll make it right. Contact us within 15 days of delivery with:

- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos of the problem

3. Shipping Issues
